This tsa tsa shows 108 small stupas on its surface. Below the lowest stupa circle another circle of written Tibetan mantras are depicted.
The small pinhole at the bottom [See details] was used to put mantras inside. Unlike Stupa Tsa Tsas 1 & 2, it is still sealed and painted over [see detail]. Probably the filling is still intact. But since this would not be verifiable without damaging the underside was waived.
