The characteristics of the statue are essentially identical to those of the Avalokiteshvara depictions in Figures 35 and 36; the style of the stupa shows slight differences.

The inscription is a Tibetan transcription of the Pratityasamutpada-Gatha [the verse on dependent origination / the mantra of origin].
