This This obviously very old Tsa Tsa is relatively unusual. Its shape and design rather indicate a southeast Asian origin [Thailand ?].
On the front side there are 50 small Buddha representations in ten rows and in the first row above there are three more somewhat larger ones. The Tsa Tsa seems to have been in intensive use for many years, as its surface looks very worn. Some of the numerous Buddha images are hardly recognizable today.
Also the mysterious sign on the backside speaks against a Tibetan reference.
