This square very old Tsa Tsa shows the historical Buddha Shakyamuni flanked by his two main disciples Shariputra and Maudgalyayana on an single layered lotus throne.
Very unusual is the screen of five palm branches depicted above on top of the tsa tsa. This possibly indicates the Buddha's native region of India.
On three of the four sides, the mantra of Buddha Shakyamuni: »Oṃ mune mahā mune shākya mune ye svāhā« can be seen in Tibetan U Cen script:
