Twenty Five Srang
Front:
Two snow lions in the middle and two lines of text. Dalai Lama's small red circular seal and black rectangular seal of the Tibet Government.
Back:
People, buildings, dog, bird, fruit trees, flowers, elephant and rider.
The 25 Srang bill is often confused with the 100 Srang note, which is similar in color, but with 20 x 13 cm is much larger and has been preserved more often than this bill, which was smaller in value at the time. Presumably, this is because the Tibetans on the run rather took the larger values with them.
