The blue Chemchok Heruka in the centre is surrounded on the right, bottom and left by three Vajrakilas or Guru Dragpo images. Vajrakila is a tantric manifestation of Padmasambhava.
The six equestrian deities in the image belong to the wrathful animal headed and peaceful bardo deities.
