To the left of the blue chemchok Heruka in the centre is Padmasambhava with his two wives Yeshe Tsogyal and Mandarava. Above, the blue Samantabhadra is depicted in Yab Yum with his female consort Samantabhadri. To the right of Heruka we see an unidentified monk. To his right is an unidentifiable Lama.
The other deities in the painting belong to the wrathful animal-headed Bardo deities
